Pieceflow/Terms of Service
Terms of Service
Last updated: 4 August 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Pieceflow, a messaging and automation platform operated by OtiumLabs (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account, inviting teammates, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
If you use Pieceflow on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.
2. The service
Pieceflow provides multi-tenant workspaces to connect messaging channels (such as WhatsApp), manage inbox conversations, build automation flows, sync data to integrations (such as Google Sheets), and use optional AI features.
Features may vary by plan. We may change, add, or remove features with reasonable notice when the change is material.
3. Accounts & workspaces
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and invites.
- Workspace owners and admins control membership, roles, channels, and data retention for that workspace.
- You must not share credentials or attempt to access another workspace without permission.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate applicable laws or Meta / channel provider policies
- Send spam, phishing, illegal content, or abusive messaging through Pieceflow
- Interfere with the service, reverse engineer it except as allowed by law, or probe systems without authorization
- Upload malware or content you do not have rights to process
- Use Pieceflow to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that put the platform, Meta assets, or other customers at risk.
5. Customer content & messaging
You retain ownership of content you submit to Pieceflow (“Customer Content”), including messages, contacts, templates, flows, and files.
You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Content solely to provide and improve the service as you configure it.
You are responsible for obtaining any consents required to message end customers, for template approvals, and for complying with WhatsApp / Meta Business messaging rules when using WhatsApp.
6. Third-party services
Pieceflow integrates with third parties such as Meta (WhatsApp), Google, OpenAI, Stripe, and hosting providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes by those providers.
When you connect WhatsApp via Embedded Signup, you may also agree to Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform terms. Conversation or template fees may be charged by Meta directly to your WhatsApp Business Account; those fees are separate from Pieceflow subscription charges unless we expressly state otherwise.
7. Plans, billing & trials
Paid plans are billed through Stripe according to the pricing shown at purchase or in your account.
Upgrades (including switching monthly to yearly) take effect immediately. Unused time on your previous price is credited as proration against the new charge — not paid out as cash.
Downgrades and switching yearly to monthly take effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep your current plan until then. Unused time is not refunded.
Canceling a subscription (returning to Free) typically ends at period end. You keep paid access until that date. Unused time is not refunded. If you no longer want a paid plan, cancel or switch to Free from Billing so you can use the time you already paid for.
Deleting your account permanently removes your login and owned workspace data, and cancels billing immediately. Unused subscription time is not refunded. Prefer canceling your subscription first if you only want to stop renewals. Exceptions may be handled by support where required by law or for clear billing errors.
Free or trial access may be limited, modified, or withdrawn. Failure to pay may result in suspension of paid features. After a downgrade, workspaces or members beyond your new plan limit may be soft-blocked until you delete extra workspaces, remove extra members, or upgrade. Inbound messages still arrive.
8. Intellectual property
Pieceflow, including software, branding, and documentation, is owned by OtiumLabs or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our IP to you. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.
9. Confidentiality
Each party may receive confidential information from the other. The receiving party will use it only as needed to perform under these Terms and will protect it with reasonable care, except for information that is public, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
10. Disclaimers
Pieceflow is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that integrations with Meta or other providers will always be available.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OtiumLabs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of Pieceflow.
Our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the amounts you paid us for Pieceflow in the twelve (12) months before the claim (or USD $100 if you are on a free plan), except where liability cannot be limited by law.
12. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify OtiumLabs against claims arising from your Customer Content, your messaging practices, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights or channel policies, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
13. Suspension & termination
You may stop using Pieceflow and delete your account or workspaces at any time. Deleting your account also permanently deletes workspaces you own.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach, unpaid fees, legal risk, or prolonged inactivity on free tiers. Provisions that should survive (including IP, liability limits, and indemnity) will survive termination.
14. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires additional consent.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise. Courts in Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable rights you may have in your place of residence.
